Hello, every thing installed but not work when I use flash or any USB

Did you run the Intel or AMD chipset drivers, and do the USB controllers show up in the device manager as working? You must also install USB 3 drivers that are separate if you want to use the USB 3 ports. Also, have you tried the back panel USB ports?

Some more information like your motherboard model would help.
