I have two surge protector strips each plugged into a separate wall socket. I have a computer, moniter, printer, desk lamp 2 speakers,a cable/internet modem, a router, and a phone modem plugged into these 2 surge protectors. Both protectors have circuit breakers. My grandson says this is too much and a fire hazard. Is he correct? Is this too much on these surge protectors<

No all those devices will not exceed 1.5+KW (15amp breaker) of load that it can take. Breakers will trip if overloaded!

Agreed, your breaker should trip long before a fire occurs. Besides, the fuse in your plug should blow before your breaker trips!
