Advice needed on motherboards

hey i been thinking of getting a better mother board ive had mine for nearly 2 years i think and lately been getting to overclocking just wanted to know what amd motherboards would be good for what i need and also would a better motherboard decrease the temp of the parts like graphics card? any help much appreciated

Would a different mainboard decrease the graphics card temp? No.

And unless you need some new mainboard feature that your board doesn't have, you don't need to upgrade. Most people only upgrade the mainboard when they get a new CPU that requires a different board.
