MIX AND MATCH MODULAR RAM

can i buy a 2gb stick http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1682... and a 4gb http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1682...(Desktop+Memory)-_-Rendition-_-20148366 and mix and match in an amd dual channel mobo?

one of them is kingston and teh other crucial? can you have different amount of ram in the slots?

they're ddr3 @1333mhz in 1.5v

I would recommend getting a dual Channel kit, because it provides more power.
If you are going to get these I would recommend putting them in different channels, so the board does not mistake them as dual channeling.
It may work, may not, because AMD boards prefer to dual channel.

And if you're running 32 bit, no use getting more than 4gbs of ram.
