Yes, your Pent. 4 will bottleneck the card.
But at 3.0GHz i think it's still okay. :)

Yes, no matter what speed, the OP cpu will bottleneck any cards today..
But 3.0Ghz is better than 2.0Ghz, right... :)

But will it give me some more FPS in COD4...? i run it with all settings to low with tweaks and i get about 25 FPS on this setup:
Pentium 4 2.00 GHZ
geForce 6200 512mb
1.75 Gb of RAM

HD3650 even with a CPU bottleneck is a big upgrade from GF6200

Yes, that was what i was thinking..COD4 recommends you to have minimum a Pentium 4 @2.4 GHz... And geForce 6600/Radeon 9800Pro or better. Therefore, if i get a P4 wich is faster than the 2.4 and a slightly newer GPU, i would be able to play COD4 pretty good, and i don't care if i even have to run it at lowest settings. As long as i get good frame rates, i am satisfied. My i3 System is for the real gaming :)

But i will need a new PSU to get the HD3650 and all of that will cost me about $190 Bucks (i live in Norway, 190 bucks is actually not so much for me but for u guys it may be.. things is like 40% cheaper in teh US compared to this place). But any other suggestions on a GPU wich will run on a 250W PSU without blowing my system up? :P GeForce 6600 or above is what im looking for.

I am an owner of HD3650 AGP 512MB DDR2 and have an Intel Celeron D 330 2,66Ghz. I can tell you that even if the card was not bottlenecked it can't perform very good...go for a HD3870.
I owned the card since late 2008 and thought it was underperforming because of bad CPU and PSU, but after upgrading my PSU and clocking the cpu to 3Ghz and above i understood that the card can't perform very good...
I compared my 3dmarks with Core2Duo and Core2Quad users with this card...the score was almost the same. The card just can't do much
So either buy HD3870 or look for better

But it needs to be a cheap AGP card and im only looking for 10-20 more FPS in CoD4 on lowest... And i have a very limited choice they almost only sell HD 4350 AGP, 4650 AGP, 4670 AGP i think and HD 3650 AGP and 9400 GT PCI.... (not PCI-e)
