Anybody here successfully sent Display port output of HD 5750 to Apple iMac 27 inch.

They aren't compatible. A fellow tried and reported his experiences and response from AMD.

The issue with the HD5xxx cards and 27" iMac are under investigation by both AMD and Apple. There is currently no workaround for this issue, the card and display are currently not compatible.

Stand alone Display Port monitors do not suffer from this issue.
