MSI HAWX & ATI driver

Does anyone here own an MSI HD5770 HAWX edition? Is it true that its drivers are horrible and memory not cooled by any HS(and hence sucks in memory OCing)?

Does CCC cause failure in OCing and need to be turn on in some games? Are ATI drivers really as bad as stated in many comments at newegg?

Should I wait for GTX460 instead? If not, which HD5770 card do you suggest?
