After resolution change Monitor is blank

Hi,
I am using desktop machine with LG Lcd screen monitor with Windows XP.
After increasing my monitor resolution,it became blank though my PC is on!
I restarted PC,but Monitor displays blank screen....so that i cant do anything on my PC!
Please help me!
