Ddr3 ram ( 2 x 2 gb )

Hallo , I hve the following problem,
until today my PC ( Asus mainboard , AMD Phenom II X4 965 ) worked good . Suddenly it does not work ( Bluescreen while starting windows ). I took one ofe the 2 GB Stick of and it works. It does not mather what stick I use an in What Slot i take it , it works only with one of the both stick. I changed nothing before this ***. I can use only one stick. Bothe sticks are ok , but not together , but they are the same sticks ( Corsair 2gb (1333)) what can i do?
