Ddr3 ram ( 2 x 2 gb )

Hallo , I hve the following problem,

until today my PC ( Asus mainboard , AMD Phenom II X4 965 ) worked good . Suddenly it does not work ( Bluescreen while starting windows ). I took one ofe the 2 GB Stick of and it works. It does not mather what stick I use an in What Slot i take it , it works only with one of the both stick. I changed nothing before this ***. I can use only one stick. Bothe sticks are ok , but not together , but they are the same sticks ( Corsair 2gb (1333)) what can i do?

Did you have to change any settings in your BIOS when you first built the computer? Check your settings to see if they are correct. If it seems like your BIOS reset itself back to default settings, this might indicate a dead CMOS battery.
