On H67, we can use the integrated graphics on the processor at the expense of CPU overclocking opportunities, and if we do use a discrete GPU, we are limited to one only.
So yes you can but only 1 and make sure your power supply can handle the card too.

I second Gamer-Girl. The question, if you are planning on a future purchase: why would you buy the H67 when the Z68 allows you to use both the iGPU and discrete GPU, and switches automatically between them?
My elder Brother bought i7 Laptop and gave me his system which has H67 motherboard but no graphics card so i thought if i could install a HD 6870 it will improve graphics for gaming. anyways thanks for clearing this up for me
