My bios takes a long time to start

I have just installed a new motherboard-Asus P5QPL-AM. It takes at least 10 minute to start.

I Do have the Asus full screen Logo appear on startup
Not installed an Express gate

Well go into BIOS and disable the full screen logo. Save settings and reboot and see what is making the BOOT take time. I mean where it is holding up!
