Samsung 830 SSD is sluggish in one user account.

Hello,
I have a 128 Gb Samsung 830 SSD in my lenovo thinkpad x220. The SSD has become very sluggish, the mouse pointer responds late, especially during watching youtube or dailymotion. When I switch from the main account to a different user account that recently made, the SSD works smooth. What can I do ?

If the moust pointer responds late when watching youtube (external video, not on your SSD), then I would say the problem is not in your SSD, but your processor/graphics/RAM

It's not just youtube though. Even browsing internet or files in the computer, there is sluggishness. There is no problem in the new user account that I made. The problem exists only in my main user account.

Please check taskmanager if there is any program causing extreme high cpu load, sounds like bad task.
If the ssd would be the problem every user would be affected.
