Video card for blu ray on HTPC with HDMI

I have a lenovo M58 computer, MTT45MK motherboard and can't really find additional information for it, Intel core 2 duo E7300 2.66 GHZ processor w/ 1066 bus, 2 GB DDR3 RAM, and an PCIe x16 slot. I am looking for a good video card to put in this system to hook up to my TV to play blu rays, and I am thinking through the HDMI on my TV (Olevia 42" ....). Right now I am thinking about the nvidia Geforce GT 400 card but am not sure. What would you guys suggest? Possibly some gaming, budget of $200.
