How to map an external hard drive

I have an external hard drive which i have mapped before to my computer however for some reason it is disconnected. Can you please tell me how to map the external hard drive to my computer. The IP address of the external hard drive is 192.168.0.103

Hey mate,

I am not sure of which OS your using, but assuming that it is W7

1). Open Computer
2). Click Map Network Drive (towards the top)
3). Assign an appropriate Drive letter
4). Enter \\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\Share Name (e.g.: \\192.168.0.2\My Backup Drive, assuming that you have Shared a drive with the name "My Backup Drive")
