Will my Astec SA202-3556 250W PSU handle an HD4350 512mb, or an HD3650 512mb? Please answer :)  Btw the rest of my system is not very power compumpting, a Pentium 4 @ 2.00 GHz (yes... 2.00 GHz not 3.00) 1.75GB of RAM, and a few other devices like DVD readers.

the 4350 draws about as much power as a case fan at full RPM, you won't have an issue

you will be fine with the hd 4350 on the 250 watt psu...it's not that much power hungry like nvidia card so without any hesitation use this card.

the 4350 would work. there are alternatives aswell. u could try a 5450, 5550 or a 5570. im currently using a 5570 on a 250w power supply.

I have 10-11 Amps on the +12 V rail... Will it be OK with the HD 4350 512 mb AGP? Or is it risky

It is risky as the 4350 recommends a 300W Power supply. I know that ATI/AMD over recommends but you don't always know the system variables and thus it is best to follow the recomendation.

i doubt it would blow up. the 4350 has a max power draw of 25w. thats less then most light bulbs and at idle it hardly uses any power at all.

Yes but is 10 amps enough?

im not sure. im running a hd5570 off my 250w power supply which has 17amps on the 12v rail. the 5570 has a max power draw of 42w so its 17w more then the 4350.
