Will my 250W PSu run an HD4350?

Will my Astec SA202-3556 250W PSU handle an HD4350 512mb, or an HD3650 512mb? Please answer ![:)]( ":)")
Btw the rest of my system is not very power compumpting, a Pentium 4 @ 2.00 GHz (yes... 2.00 GHz not 3.00) 1.75GB of RAM, and a few other devices like DVD readers. ![:lol:]( ":lol:")
