Building my own Workstation

Hello,
Can someone please advise me on the best components for the best price to be used in my workstation build? I use Maya 2010 and already have a Nvidia Quadro Fx 3500 graphics card. I need a faster processor (pref intel i7) 64 bit, 6 Gb Ram, and whatever else you think is best. I only need the essentials...this machine is for work..3D modeling, animation, game design...Please help.
