$700 New system (Looking of Best Value/Performance

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: (within 2 days)

BUDGET RANGE: ($700) After Rebates

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Surfing the internet, Home office, some older games like Civ 4, watching movies.

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, speakers, Power Supply (currently have Corsair TX650W)

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg.com

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: USA

PARTS PREFERENCES: I would like to use an AMD CPU & Asus mobo (AM3/ATX) 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1333 with ~24" LCD and full tower case

OVERCLOCKING: No. Did not plan on adding a CPU cooler since I'm not OC'ing.

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No. Will add a single discrete video card later. For now will just use IGP.

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Need to purchase/install Win 7 64-bit. Here is what I have come up with. Thanks in advance.

    Anybody got any suggestions. Maybe a cheaper Mobo or less RAM to upgrade somewhere else?

    I like the idea of the case combo saving some $$ to upgrade elsewhere. I am going to select best answer and play around with some other motherboards combos with the phenom II cpu. I will open a new message when I figure it all out.
