Does a GTX 560Ti fit onto a Micro ATX motherboard

I have ordered my new PC, componenets are currently being shipped. Now am panicking as I fear my Graphics Card may be too long for my Motherboard.

GPU - PNY GTX 560Ti OC2

MotherBoard - Gigabyte GA-H67MA-UD2H-B3 which is a Micro ATX

Can anyone put my mind at ease?

my case is an: Antec Performance One P193

So i think case wise it will be fine.

Is it a big issue if there is a slight overhang?

As long as the board will fit in the case, it will not matter how far the back of the card hangs over the motherboard.
