Laptop case replacement

hi, i have a sager laptop, clevo m571ru-u, my hinges broke and as a result the monitor is separated from the case, everything works fine but the hinges. so my questions are 1. how much does a new case cost?, 2 can i do the work myself or should i send it back to the place where i bought it from?, i believe the it is still under warranty but only for labor. 3 where would you find a replacement laptop case?, i usual shop on newegg.com but i can't find any cases there. I have the exact same problem. I love the laptop, but one hinge is broken, and the second is soon to follow I assume. If you find any information, I would appreciate being left in the loop. I'm tempted just to bolt on something from a hardware store if need be

just an update i called the pc manufacture and got a quote (its still under labor warranty). They told me $30 a hinge, if all they have to fix is the hinges, The guy on the phone was almost certain that is all that needs fixing. I asked how much for the worst case scenario, to replace the entire case is $300.00 without labor.
