New build AMD

Hello all I just finished my first build. All is well accept i ran a cpu-z and it shows my processor at 802.7 mHz. I don't get it. Windows shows the right processor in system bios updated. Here is the CPU-Z link... Have to tweak ram also but I am not familiar with that.

Here is my setup

CPU- AMD 1055T
MOBO- Asus M4A89GTD Pro
Memory- Gskill 4gb F3- 12800cl9d
PSU- Corsair HX650
GPU- XFX ATI Raedeon hd 5770
Corsair- N50 CPU cooler
Case Coolermaster 922
HDD- 64gb SSD
Secondary HDD- Hitachi 3.5 7200
Optical- Samsung Blu-Ray Internal SH-B083L

your motherboard has 'cool and quiet' enabled. You should load up a game in windowed mode and then check your cpu-z.

It's running slow b/c it doesnt need any more speed to run on your desktop

You can disable this through your motherboard utilities or bios if you really want it to run at top speed all the time, but theres really no need

Need help "tuning" system as this is all new to me. (ram etc...) any suggestions
