Hi everyone, I’m planning to build a computer soon and so far I have come up with this. I was planning to crossfire my 5770 later on but I don’t think my motherboard will like it or buy a HD 5850 but I don’t think I can afford one. Please can someone help me and point out my errors!

P.S sorry if ive done the links wrong i tried :??:

I'm a big fan of WD, but this Seagate is faster in sustained reads and 500GB and less money:

You did the links fine, mostly :) I suggest you check Dabs and ebuyer as well. They usually have better prices.

At that price range you would be better going with AMD.

Wow guys thank you so much, sorry about the slow reply but I was looking at all the parts you helped me out with and I was wondering if I could upgrade to a AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition either now or later on, Whether or not to get a ATX board and what performance gains would be had if I put another 460 in SLI as I hear the gains are great but I’m not sure how well this motherboard would support it as it only has one PCIe 2.0, would it still be a good idea as an upgrade later on? Or maybe buy a 5850 or equivalent later on. Please Enlighten me.

Yeah not a CF board. You could certainly upgrade to a 955, it's all just a matter of budget. I have a feel for US builds but UK builds are a bit hard for me to guess at when it comes to price points. If we work it all over a bit we can likely squeeze out more value for the money.
