New build help troubleshoot?

currently trying to make my new build work just got all parts yesterday brand new, i'll list all my components and then break down what is or isn't happening.

I start up the PC, all the fans start, i get no bios message, or POST beeps, doesn't register the monitor. And my usb ports aren't being read (mouse doesn't light up)

any help would be muuuuch appreciated
