Need help Building a new computer for friends

I Am Building a amd gaming pc for several friends and i'd like to use the follow parts.
AMD Athlon II X4 630 Propus 2.8GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor

I'd like advice on what computer case would fit all of this.
I've already built 3 of these computers but they stopped making the case i was using.
This is a modified version of the max pc 647 dollars computer.

I would go with either of these cases...

NZXT M59
Antec 300 (Antec 300 Illusion, if able to buy from Newegg)

Negative on

1. GIGABYTE GA-MA74GM-S2 AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 740G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
AM2 tech 'rebranded' as AM2+ : HT limitation when used with AM2+/AM3 chips and still on gen 1.0 PCIe lanes

2. COOLER MASTER Elite 460 RS-460-PSAR-J3 460W ATX12V V2.31 Power Supply
Really entry level non 80+ PSU : aim for better ones
