I think you're thinking of something like this:

I'm not sure they come in the MicoSD formfactor, though. I'd be hard-pressed to believe they could get a Wifi Radio Antenna AND flash storage into such a small space. Lexar makes a Shoot n' Sync line, too, but again, not sure that they have MicroSD varieties.
