What is a good Gaming Machine in my price ranger

hello, i am supposed to get a new Gaming machine for my graduation, and my budget is $700 max or a little over. i want a good pc that can run crysis at top fps

the games i have and i am getting are:

World of Warcraft
Counter Strike source
Day of Defeat source
Rome total war, Empire Total war, Shogun 2 totalwar (GETTING IT)
Sims 3
Starwars The Old Republic (getting it)

if you could help i would greatly appreciate it, (IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE A PREBUILD, WE CAN BUILD PCs JUST NEED THE STUFF BUT PREBUILD WOULD BE EASIER)

If not, what is the resolution of the one you plan to use?
