Hi,

I just bought a new desktop mainly for gaming. I'm reletively new to pc gaming so I don't know too much about specs although I do know a bit. I noticed my graphics card is alright but I would prefer a far better one. I was wondering if my desktop's graphics card can be upgraded with any graphics card? Does anyone have any recommendations? I want to find the best possible deal thats not too expensive but will run all games and last for a while. Also, can my current graphics card be sold or anything?

Here are he specs;

I'm in New Zealand by the way.

Many thanks,
Seb

I guess 300-400.

I dont suppose you can get your money back can you? The desktop had a faulty disk and I took it in today, the shop said they're ordering a new one in so is it too late to ask for my money back?

you would need to ask them if you can return it.

i don't know.... just ask them... its worth giving a try.. and then with that money you can build your own pc which is more powerful and for less

you get a 5770
or gtx 260 overclocked for that price range..

gtx 260 performs better than 5770 but 5770 is directx 11 so is more future proof
just do more search to find better options :)

Its hitting me pretty hard now. I've been ripped off and I'm guttered. No wonder the guy in the shop was so eager to give me discounts and sell it to me. I returned the faulty desktop today and the guy was once again eager to order a new one in (they were out of stock). I stupidly accepted. Any tips on how I could try and get my money back?

If I cant I guess it's not the end of the world, *** happens.
