I am trying to get the most bang for my buck, and would like to avoid/minimize assembly & setup issues. Thanks for any/alll advice!

Solution
No need for additional cooling if you don't plan on overclocking.

The i5-750 does best with RAM added in groups of 2 sticks. Going to 6 GB, you'd drop your memory throughput to single-channel, which would result in a decrease in performance. If you're thinking of adding more RAM, jump to 8 GB. (You could, of course, add 2x 1 GB sticks, but that seems unnecessary.)

I'd start with 4 GB, and only add additional RAM if you find that you're running low on memory while editing video. 4 GB is more than enough for gaming.

Build looks solid.
