I have installed a new HDD (wd5003azex) on my system.

The problem is that the system detects it as SATA2 and i dont know what is wrong.
Motherboard: P8H61 PRO

I made some bechmarks for the disk and here are the results:

Are those results correct? Is the hdd working and acting as a SATA3?
