How to solve error 720 remote computer could not be established

Hi,
this is gnanaraj iam using winxp
and iam using huawei mobile connect modem, when iam tying to connect internet its showing error:720 a connection to the remote computer could not be established. if i connect any other system its working fine,how can i resolve my problem if there is any possiblities to rectify my problem,pls let me know to my email id:gnanaraj.z@gmail.com

Go to Control Panel, add remove programs, windows components, uncheck networking then reboot and after reboot do the same but this time check networking
Run cmd write these and press enter
"netsh int ip reset reset.log"
"ipconfig /flushdns"
