XFX GTX 295 Driver Issues

For the past hour or so iv'e been trying to get this 295 to work, the drivers when installed whether there windows default or nvidia's show yellow caution signs next to each core in device manager.

I have also tried the latest (258.69) beta drivers and they had the same results.

Other specs:
Asus M4A89GTD PRO mobo
Kingston 2x2GB
AMD Phenom II X4 955 BlackEdition
1x Dvd drives
2x HDD
Antec Truepower TP-650

What were the last drivers that worked? Because you might have to go back to them.

It's a new card, well i say new, from ebay since you cannot buy these in stores any more, the old 7950 GT worked on any drivers although thats damaged and sits at 80C idle and 120C gaming :/

But ive read people have had problems with the XFX GTX 295 before.

I'd contact the seller for a refund if were you as with ebayed stuff you have no idea of what that card has been put through by the previous owner.

Yeah I think I will, ill probably go for a lower end card like a GTX 260 or Radeon 5770. Which do you think would perform better in gaming and graphics design like photoshop or Wings3D.

You'd be better off with the 5770 out of those two but get a brand new one so as to cut down on the troubleshooting.
