Extra fan on Case...blow in or out?(and hdmi question)

Ordered a new system with the Antec 300 case. I will have a i7-930 with a CoolMaster Hyper212 cooler. Plan on trying to get this to 3.4GHz.

So, for the extra fan(Apevia 120mm blue), should I use the fan to blow in or out? The case already has quite a bit of air movement, just didn't know which would be more effective? I'm going to guess out?

addionally- This will be my first HDMI out and capable monitor. Is it worth buying the longer cords for or just use DVI? (28" 1900x1200 monitor)

It depends on where the extra fan is mounted, if the extra fan is mounted in the front of the case then the direction should be in, if at the side of the case it should be in, at the top of the case it should be out, and at the back of the case it should be out.
If you use a DVI cable then you wont be able legally to view blue ray films if this is unimportant to you go for the cheaper or most convenient option.
