Intel 520 would be my pick. M4's and OCZ have a reputation for being unreliable, just read reviews on any website, many are DOA. Intel on the other hand as well as samsung have very few DOAs, this is a sign of good design and quality.

kailiang - If I could only choose from the ssd's you listed, then I would recommend the Crucial m4. It is popular with gamers. The Intel 520 is also worth considering but Intel usually commands a higher price.

I maintain the ssd database listed in the sticky at the very top of this forum section. Here is the link:

Scroll down to the Crucial and Intel sections and follow the links to the technical reviews.

Pyr0Monk3y - Which reviews are you referring to? Do you mean user reviews such as those found at newegg.com? If so, then the m4 has a better user rating than the 520:

Personally I prefer competent technical reviews over user reviews.
