hey guys,

i have a good amount of knowledge about computers i would have to say above average but i wanted a second opinion on this build. i intend on gaming mainly and i will be overclocking this build, also i am going to be using a two monitor set up cause i do alot of photoshop, dreamweaver and music editing. i want to stay below the 1500 dollar mark which i am right now so if u guys recommend something a bit more in price ill be fine with it.

CPU: Intel Core i5 750 - $215

Mobo: Asus P7P55D Deluxe - $195

Ram: Cosair Corsair XMS3 TW3X4G1333C9AG 4GB Dual Channel DDR3 RAM
PC10666, 1333MHz, 4x 2048 - $190

Hard Drive: WD VelociRaptor 600 GB 10000 RPM - free from my work :D (might be able to snag 2 actually) this would be just for my OS, important programs and most recent game im playing

GPU: XFX Radeon HD 7750 1GB - $180

PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro PS 700 Watt, daul +12 Rails - $100

For 20$ more you could get the GTX 460 768mb, and for 50$ the GTX 460 1GB. If gaming is what you plan on using this for, then I highly recommend making the change.

Also, 188$ for the Asus P7P55D? The basic one? Seems like a rather high cost for that, especially since it doesn't even support CrossFire/SLI (well, technically, it does support CrossFire, but only with one at a PCIe x4 lane, and that will really hurt your FPS in games). Perhaps you should take a look at the Deluxe, Pro, or Evo versions of that mobo, since they do support it, and it might come in very handy down the road.

The PSU is also a huge overkill. For that build, even a 550watt one will do, but if you do upgrade to an SLI/CrossFire setup, then you'll still only need 650w of power.

i was looking at the ati card because of eyefinity support but if theres a big difference in performance i would change to the nvidia card. also ive changed the mobo to the deluxe edition because its on sale at this time.
