Alternative to ASUS

I am having a heck of a time trying to get a hold of an ASUS Z8PE-D18 motherboard.

Hoping for the following setup

- Dual socket Intel Xeon E5645s
- Lots of slots for DDR3 RDIMMs (D18 has 18 slots, would prefer something close)
- Several PCIe slots for RAID, SSD, Video or GPU.
- D18 does not support USB 3.0 or SATA III. Would prefer it if possible.

Is there some other motherboard that is approximately equivalent?

I checked newegg.com and found only Asus in there on the LGA1366 platform. Best is to check the other brands website and see if they have any.
