9800 gt memory questions

I'm looking to upgrade my 7900 gt 256mb video card to a 9800 gt and i was trying to decide between theses to cards.

Zotac ZT-98GES3M-FSL GeForce 9800 GT Eco Video Card
and
BFG BFGE981024GTGE GeForce 9800 GT Video Card

How much does memory really make a difference?

Is the 1gb card worth the 10 more dollars?

first : BFG is out of graphics card market.. so leave out BFG
if you want to turn on all anti aliasing and stuffs like that then go for 1gb else 512 is enough for a 9800GT because 9800 isn't that powerul enough to utilize the complete 1gb..i will say its just waste of money
Zotac is good but EVGA is better

Thanks i usually don't run aa so that won't be a problem. I picked Zotac over evga because the cooler looked more efficient, but if it's better i'll go with it.
