ADDITIONAL COMMENTS/Question: .: ive read on wiki that Direct3D 11 runtime is able to run on Direct3D 9 and 10.x-class hardware and drivers, using the ​D3D10_FEATURE_LEVEL1​ functionality first introduced in Direct3D 10.1 runtime. does taht mean that a gtx280 can do what a gtx4xx does???
i haven't seen allot of info on that.

the ram is pretty expensive (6g$206.49) but i like it, its blue and looks good

hmm.. the hard drive looks good 2 clear case 600gb sataiii is nice but im open for suggestions if any ?

im getting the psu used!? i dont know if thats good or not :/ seems to be to much W's but its cheap and can suport 3-way sli if needed and/or OC

1. o and if i mix GPU's like if i get 1xGTX480(x16) + 2xGTX470(x8) the speeds will match the 470. but i was wondering if it will lower the Stream Processors as well ??? just wondering if its a good idea??

2. my real question is if the gtx280 can operate dx11 as in the comments above.

no, if u do some thorough research, u will c. It is like a feature hardwired into the manufacturing process in the beginning.

PSU is overkill, but a great unit that is hard to turn down at that price - if it lasts lol.

Are you sure that Velociraptor performance is worth the heat and noise? SSDs and other disks seem to come close or exceed:

2 be ownest i did not review the hdd but...
yea its twice the speed of the 300gb velociraptor i think it may have 2x300gb disk's

also it is loud 40db but its 600gb sata6gb 300$ i think it will hold me over till the ssd's get cheaper/faster witch i have read will happen soon.. ill just wait for a 600gb ssd to reach 300 and well ill have my system partitioned so just to copy over ... but thank you's for the replies

i ordered the system 2 day i couldn't wait yea 1000w's is to much but its 129 so hope it works

now all i have to do is look for a case .. you can run the system out the mother board box right :/
