i went through and gave my personal choices on some but pretty much said NO!! to "bloatware from HP and cybelink. also that one program you have, Ccleaner is great for helping to keep thing neat and tidy. before you delete anything, use it and go to TOOLS>START UP to delete any of the programs you see here from starting when windows starts before you delete them.

make sure you keep the .NET framework and the C++ stuff, your computer will run better with it. well be more compatible to run things. also keep the ATI stuff, the cisco entries i am not sure about so i marked them with a (?)

do some googling about removing "bloatware" and you will have a better idea on what you want and do not need before removing anything.

Most of the above are patches; you don't want to back them out. My answer to the others would be "Do you use them?" If you don't use something, or don't even know what it is, then take a backup of your system (in case you wipe out something you need) and delete them.

IMO, anything from HP is bloatware. For other things, well, if you delete the Adobe stuff then you will navigate to websites with animation and not be able to see said animation. Can you remove iTunes? Well, it depends on whether or not you use it.

Without specific input on what you use, looniam's answer is excellent. Just do a system backup first in case you break anything that you needed.
