Which is new samsung 840 or 840 pro

Hello , i know that it may be simple question but iam new to SSD and i do not know much about it , and i decided to buy a 128 G ssd , and i read about Samsung ssd 840 and 840 pro

but i do not know which one is the newer and what is the differences between both of them ????

They both were just released. Neither is "newer" not that that means anything.

The 840 pro would obviously be faster, but will cost more. The 840 is more targeted at consumers. Our you can just pick up an 830 on sale. 256GB ones ate going for $160.

so if i choose 830 , what is the difference between 830 and 840 pro ??

and also if found these on newegg
SAMSUNG 830 Series MZ-7PC128B/WW for 98 $
SAMSUNG 830 Series MZ-7PC128D/AM for 129 $

so why that big differences in costs?

The more expensive model includes a desktop upgrade kit. The less expensive model does not.

You will not notice the difference except in benchmarks for home computer use. Get the 830 in a larger capacity -- it is a great drive that has proven reliability.
