Esata and wireless internet

Hello,
I have an esata hard drive in an enclosure which is connected to a lacie esata hub. the hub is connected to my macbook pro with a thunderbolt cable. Everything seemed to install properly but when i connect the hub to my laptop, there is no wireless internet connection available. how can i continue to use the internet when the esata hub is connected to my laptop?

Hi,

Does the WiFi work normally with just the hub connected and no drive or with only the drive and no hub? It will help determine the cause of the issue if its narrowed down a little more.

Does the hub work normally on other computers and is there error message or any kind of indication on the problem or does the wireless simply disconnect whenever the hub and drive are connected?
