personally i would go with toxic and since you'd more likely be able to overclock it more then a normal 5850 chip, and if dirt 2 matters to you if you act quickly you can pick it up on steam for 14 bucks until tommorrow at midnight

it's only a marginal difference, between the two, so 40mhz isn't going to immediately turn your cpu into a bottleneck, and really it depends alot on what res, you play, and of course what cpu you have, would be helpful in determining if there will be a bottleneck or not
