[Help] Computer isn't recognizing 2nd HDD

After I restarted my computer today it did a system integrity check? or something like that. It's never done that before. Once my computer actually started it wasn't recognizing my HDD. I've already checked all the connections and my HDD is spinning so I have no idea what it could be. I went to control panel> administrative tools> computer management> disk management and it wasn't there either. So I have no idea what's wrong. Please help.

Have you tried other SATA ports?
FYI, Intel's P67 chipset was affected by a SATA hardware bug:
