[Help] Computer isn't recognizing 2nd HDD

After I restarted my computer today it did a system integrity check? or something like that. It's never done that before. Once my computer actually started it wasn't recognizing my HDD. I've already checked all the connections and my HDD is spinning so I have no idea what it could be. I went to control panel> administrative tools> computer management> disk management and it wasn't there either. So I have no idea what's wrong. Please help.

FYI, Intel's P67 chipset was affected by a SATA hardware bug:

  8. Yes, I've tried other SATA ports... but nothing :(
  9. Since your drive spins up, the PCB is most likely OK. Therefore I can't see that there is anything you could do. :-(
