Why did all my USb port die?

Suddenly, my computer will not accept commads from the keyboard, mouse, or for that matter, the mem sticks won't light either, no printing.
Re-booted but it is stuck on the access controll PW so not able to input, the computer is just a screen. Can not enter the control panal, the drives or any function. What is the next move?

Try using a PS2 keyboard and mouse to grant you the access to the BIOS and Windows setting. It could be either a software (driver) or hardware (connection) issue.
