I would probably avoid the HD4870 on a 450w PSU of questionable quality. The other 2 should be alright though.

The speed of the ram on your video card has nothing to do with your processor. As I said in your other thread you should really OC that CPU. If you do so these cards will be fine for you.

Yes, the HD4870 uses a lot of power, about 50% more than the two other cards I linked.
