Crucial M4 128GB SSD

So I just bought one of this. Was considering to do a fresh install of Windows 7 onto this SSD but I'm wondering it is possible to change all my directory to my E drive ( 1TB WD) . I've seen some people using registry to change it but will it cause problems to some of my other programs??? I just want my OS on SSD and maybe windows update will be installed onto the SSD

  1. Look under tweaks and optimization, and it will give yo instructions to move your default documents, and program files folders to your hard drive.

  2. Do you mean use the SSD as just a bass OS drive and install all the programs and data on the 1TG drive?

I would say to do a fresh install of your OS to the new 128GB, reinstall all your program on the SSD, transfer all data from the old drive to the new SSD.
Wipe the 1TB drive and use it as a backup storage drive.
