Which Graphic-Card?

Hello, Which Graphic-Card is the best for me to buy with around 322€?
The Graphic-Card I want is a Gaming one, I play A LOT! So that is defiantly needed!

IF any other information is needed on my comp here it is:

Processor:AMD Phenom(tm) 9500 Quad-Core Processor 2.20 Ghz

RAM: 4GB
Systemtype: Win7 64-bit

You may also want to consider a CPU upgrade, but at that sort of budget you're best looking at the GTX460 1GB and HD5850
