1400$ i7 build .. thoughts and opinions please?

Hello, this is my second attempt at building a computer system, I would love to have a second advice pretty please. I am looking for opinions on this system. I was aiming for quality at a reasonable price. I don't need monitor/mouse/keyboard.

Your system is good to go.
If you still have room in your budget, get an SSD (OCZ Vertex 2 or Crucial C300). That will boost your system sky high.

Thats ironic I priced together nearly the same build with a couple differences. Could you tell me anything that I should change? Mine is around $1600

Pricing is really something hard to say, prices are different one store to another, not to mention special bargains.
Moreover, your system is not exatly the same. Your GT480, larger HDD and the larger PSU are more expensive, while dombeaulieu's has an UPS.
