leonnoelbeme2 :
how can i turn off or uninstall the video drivers to install a new EVGA 6200 video card. I am unable to find all the drivers on the pc Sony pcv rs 430 g win 7
Which card did it have in originally?
Your best off uninstalling the drivers while the old card is still in.
Start / Control Panel / Programs and Features / Remove or uninstall the display drivers Nvidea or ATI.
Reboot then clean the registry with something like Easycleaner or Free Window Reg Repair (free downloads) -

Shut the machine down and install new card.
When Window 7 loads it will auto load some drivers for the card and may ask you to reboot again.
Download the latest Nvidea drivers for your card, GeForce 6200, heres a link, these are 32bit not 64, check your OS.

Run these, reboot and you should be up and running.
