Which motherboard should i get for this setup?

Hey guys!

I'm upgrading my current computer and I really have no idea when it comes to mobos.

I will be getting:

Intel i5-2500K (32nm Sandy Bridge)
Radeon HD5770 1GB
4GB DDR3 basic ram (1333MHz)

Now I'm looking for a motherboard that is capable of CrossFire (in case i need it down the road) and one that will complement all the features and speeds of the i5

I'm looking to spend around $150

PS: any PSU can be bought if that's an issue...

Gigabyte Z68 UD3 $145

Both will do both SLI and Crossfire, are able to overclock easily, have the new graphical BIOS, and nice features.
