Will this build be able to play the new games on high, like Bad Company 2?
Feedback is appreciated.

Its overkill. Games mostly only use one or two threads. Getting a Phenom II x4 955 will save you $100 and game as fast.

Yeah this will be able to play BFBC2, it may lag in parts with smoke and stuff but yeah it can play on high,
now with DNDHATCHER, BFBC2 is one of those games that use up to 4+ cores, so 6 cores may be good... but overall the 955 would be practical yes.

So far I have GTA4 and now BFBC2 on the list. Do you know of any other popular games that do?
