Mobo/case probs

I'm tryin to install the mobo into the case and two of the gold screws that go inbetween the case and the mono won't go flush with the case.... What can I do? I tried hand tightening them but Ican only get one of them halfway.... Any ideas? Thanks!

Take it all the way out of the hole, and switch it with another screw to make sure its not just an issue with the threads on that one and the hole. Dont work too hard to get it in, you dont want to cross thread it or strip it.

Are you saying you cant get the separators screwed competely into the case? or cant get the screws going through the motherboard into the separator screwed in all the way?
